Carrot and coriander soup
Duck and port terrine with melba toast and apricot relish
Crayfish tails on green leaves with a seafood sauce
Choice of Main Course
Seared fillets of sea bass with hot lemon butter sauce
Pan fried medallions of pork tenderloin dressed with a blue cheese sauce
Pan roasted breast of chicken with roasted artichoke and five spice sauce
Casserole of beef with red wine,shallots and herbs
Button mushroom stroganoff with a timbale of rice (V)
A vegetarian option is available on request
The above are served with seasonal vegetables and new potatoes
