Below is a sample menu we would serve as a traditional Sunday Luncheon. Dishes are subject to change on a weekly basis. Sunday lunch is charged at £22.50 per person inclusive of vat @ the current rate of 20%.

Melon and parma ham with a balsamic coulis
Sauteed button mushrooms with a little garlic
Platter of Scottish smoked salmon with lemon and horseradish cream****Supplement of £2.50
Seared fillets of seabass with cucumber and white wine butter
Roasted loin of Hampshire pork with apple sauce and thyme gravy
Steak, kidney and mushroom casserole with a pastry topping
Pan roasted chicken breast with a red wine and shallot jus
A vegetarian option is available on request
Traditional creme caramel with shortbread
Pecan, walnut and maple syrup pie with creme fraiche
Vanilla ice cream with fresh pineapple
Mature cheddar cheese with celery and water biscuits

Freshly brewed high roast coffee will be served in the lounge
These are at your discretion. However for parties of six or over, we apply a 10% discretionary gratuity.
Our policy is to distribute and apportion any gratuities received to service staff and kitchen assistants. Those staff receive a minimum of £1.50 per hour paid from gratuities over and above the wage rates laid down by the wages council.
