  • Warm poached Cajun chicken with guacamole and sweet corn fritters

A luscious green pear sorbet

  • Pan fried fillets of Solent sea bass with carrot rosti and tarragon sauce

  • Braised beef olives with herb dumplings and turned root vegetables

  • Guinea fowl breast filled with spinach farci and dressed with whole grain mustard sauce

The above are served with a medley of vegetables, together with chateau potatoes
