A luscious green pear sorbet

Pan fried fillets of Solent sea bass with carrot rosti and tarragon sauce
Braised beef olives with herb dumplings and turned root vegetables
Guinea fowl breast filled with spinach farci and dressed with whole grain mustard sauce
The above are served with a medley of vegetables, together with chateau potatoes
